Unhappy Again.....when is this going to end?

i know i posted similar stuffs before
but it happened again today (dont know what time)

anyway, my dad took my civic to work today cuz i need to drive his car to school (crappy road and construction on Bay St)
so he took the car to work, park it nice and perfect and when he got home, i had to move the car into the garage and noticed a pretty long scratch on the bumper and fender on the driver side (front bumper) then i low closely and saw the side of the front lip is cracked. i asked my dad if he hit anything whne he drove the car and he said no. then i know it's some ****er probably backin or trying to park and hit my car (or could be reverse)
now my both sides of my front bumpers have scratch from ppl can't drive....i am very bitter
and i was so pissed that i told my dad f u c k the civic cuz i have enough bad luck whereever i parked my car.

sorry for thread but i need to vent somewhere.

damn iamfob, you and me are in the same boat... sometimes I wonder if I'd get as many scratches if I was driving a Ferrari or Porsche. I'd bet people get out and make sure they dont scratch those kinda expensive cars when they back in/out/ etc etc.......

thanks for all the support.
lucky the bumper is not cracked or anything, just the paint is chipping off and noticeable scratches on both bumper and fenders.

sucks to be me....and the side of the front lip is cracked because of someone back into it.

how do i fix that crack?

Is it fiberglass? Well either way, you can send it to a body shop and they can repair and repaint the lip, I don't think it's something you can fix yourself.

1st, he can be charged with Fail To Remain, Highway Traffic Act = 7 points and big bucks. Or he can be arrested and charged under the Criminal Code of Canada. The choice depends on several factors (roadway vs private property, criminal history vs driving history)

2nd, by law he has to report an accident, if he doesnt he also get charged with failing to report accident Highway Traffic Act.

Now heres the kicker. Hes probably gonna go to a repoting station and report that some unknown person hit his car so that he can get his car fixed by insurance. If he does and its obviously bullshit, he's arrested for obstructing justice Criminal Code, his insurance will find out and......well just gets worse.

Trust me, give me the plate.

Fob. you're right that violence wont solve anything. in all likely hood it'll just come back to bite you in the ass. Although how sweet would it be to knock the guys teeth down his throat!

Jammin it to a guy legally is much better. You get your car fixed, and he learns a serious lesson.

On a related topic, when I say get the plate, I also mean if you see some one hit n running someone elses car. Get involved, do the right thing. The greatest sin of all is the indeference of good men. (got that from boondock saints, great movie).

your best friend or worse enemy, Narc.

yeah but i will watch out more carefully of idiot drivers. i already park as far as possible and stay away from minivan and SUV and i still get hit hard....f u c k
so next time if i caught the person hit and run my car and i got the make, model and licence plate, should i go to the police station immediately and file a report or go to you first?

Do both. by reporting it, you'll cover the insurance/repairs part of it. By telling me, it's about payback.
