Yeah I also got a lower price quoted from westgate without any hassle, in fact it was lower that the "wholesale price" that the rookie dealer claimed was his cost. As for parts, Darryl is a good guy who is willing to try and get you a deal. My biggest complaint about westagte is their service department. They are a bunch of shit-slinging apes who know astoundingly little about their own products. To remove this ad, register today for free or log in if already registered!

Gonna be a lot of nice cars around this summer, i've heard. Hope school is going well for ya. You're done in April aren't ya?

I don't get that kind of service from Westgate, they're awesome!!! Thats why I bought my car from them.

Long story short, I spent about 5 hours with the London Honda sales guy to drop the price of the car when I was buying it. He won't give an inche. Tried to rip me too. I decided on a price, but wanted Honda floormats with it. He goes, they're an extra $100. I'm like, I'll sign right now if you give me the mats. Nope. The dickhead sales manager comes in and says "If you want them, there $130". Where the hell did the extra $30 come from? I left, and that was on a Saturday. As I'm leaving, they come running after me and say "You know our number". And I go, "You know mine, call me when you're going to throw in the mats". They quoted $150 for admin fees, Westgate was $120 I think, much lower.

On the Monday I go to Westgate and sign within 15 minutes!!! I got a lower price, no mats. But with the lower price I also got undercoating and the rust inhibator (sp?). That was a deal!!!

The guys behind the counter there are good. The aftermarket guy "Darreyl" is the guy that is doing all the mods for that place. He's a good guy to talk too, used to work with him too.

Moral of the story, go to Westgate!
I'm sorry to hear that xian. Maybe you talked to the wrong guy because when I got my car, Sammy threw in the OEM floor mats ($150) and the Metallic Trim ($238) in for free. Even then he was looking through the Honda book to see what else he could throw in for free.
But anyways, atleast it all worked out for you in the end with Westgate.

You got the mats and OEM metallic kit for free? I just got a deal on the metallic panel kit and no mats. But then again they gave me $6000 for my Contour. Then when they sold it they lost $1500 on it, the guy that bought it got it for $4000!!! i actually made money on my car. I should have bought my car through Sammy. Is he the asian guy who drove the silver 02 wings west coupe that's now for sale at London Honda?

But the cherry on the cake is definetely all the rust proofing under the car. Did you guys get any of that done?

Nope, Steve Wang drove the silver Isanni civic. I know him quite well, he is a third degree black-belt and something of a bodybuilder too.

Do you know if he's a blackbelt in Tae Kwon Do? I think i fought him in a tournament a few years back.

Hey Xian, i did my rust proofing through Krown. They are the best in the business. I used to work for Perma Shine. We did rust proofing there. The last 7 years in a row, Krown has had more customers, and not a single complaint. They are a bit pricey, but well worth it. They use a nice petroleum based product. THis really sticks well underneath the vehicle. When i worked at Perma SHine, i used to get the rust proofing all over my face mask because it doesn't stick as well.

Wasn't him then. Good question. I'll have to check my glove box to see how much i paid. I know it was over $100 though.

That's f*****g halarious!

And CoupeStylz is right, Steve Wang is the Asain guy that had the Silver Wings West Coupe. He is one crazy mofo. I see him at the bars from time to time and man.. he has to be on some fucked up s**t.

Anyways, Sammy is the tall East Indian guy. He was a real great guy to deal with. I highly recommend going to Sammy if you plan on buying another car from Honda.

Yeah steve wang is always at the bars. Club phoenix, DV8, and the Drink especially. -Even when he has to work at 8 the next morning. I don't even think he uses any drugs, he drinks, but he is just normally a wired, high energy crazy mofo.

Ok all London people. The date has been set for the 1st 7th Gen Civic meet of the year. March 30th at 3pm, Jack Astors but I don't know where yet because it hasn't been posted Link to the OFFICIAL MEET thread .

I was thinking instead of heading down seperately that maybe we could get together here and cruise down in a group. Who's down for this and who's gonna go?
