I'm getting a 2k2 civic Si!

Yeah... you heard me! i'm getting a brand new silver 2002 Honda Civic Si... since i... um... kinda crashed my car last night... The insurance company is going to check it out on monday, but it doesn't look good! looking at what's left i'm thinking total loss... and yes... it was my fault. I hit another car... I was talking to my friend and got distracted for half a second... sometimes that's all you need!

But our cars do deserve a five star ***** safety rating on front collision cause me and my friend got out unharmed! well... that's not entirely true... i was holding the steering wheel with both hands when the air bag came bursting out! Scraped some skin off both of my rists! i got second degree burns on my wrists because of the airbag!!

Anyways... i'm still pretty down today, i mean, it was my baby and even though i can get a new car it still won't be the same!
but the important thing is that no one got hurt. Even the guy in the other car! I rushed over to him right away and was happy to see he was alright too! i felt so bad!

So guys and gals, drive safely and keep your eyes on the road at all times!

I'm probably gona take some pics on monday, but keep in mind it's not a pretty site!

glad to hear that everyone was alright, especially your passenger and the other driver. You don't want that over your head if anything happened to them. Sorry for the loss but congratulations on the new 2002 Si. Was the car that you totalled an Si too?
Always look at it on the bright side....You got a newer car now with maybe 6 kilometers on it....

i don't think the insurance company will pay for the after market stuff... but i think i can save my strut bar and my tail lights, and my brand new jvc mp3/cd deck i just had installed on friday...

but yeah, i'm going for the same color! silver! i love that color, it looks so clean and sophisticated! he he...

and no... i'm not getting an SiR, it's like 5000 more, plust i don't really like the look of it...
