well niagara i tested all my kicker stuff from SCN and it all works. The amp is currently in the car powering the subs.
I tested the componests as well but thought it too ghetto to just leave speakers hooked up just sitting in the back seat so I put them back in the box.
For tommorrow, I have to review a file with an upcoming deadline and get going on a few other jobs. Could be a full day
yo sick jer, thanks to mike and sare for commin out... im very happy with the whip clean..no stickers!!! oh and the right side of my car is missing clear coat! lol hopefully that will be taken care of tuesday
ive been fortunate thus far with the bird poop.... perhaps they dont bother because my vehicle is white.... and they know the probabilty of hitting the tinted windows is low due to their lack of accuracy
lol im not cleaning my car till next week.. its supposed to rain/snow all week... so theres really no point..mike how much u want for ur bug deflector and headlight amber? lol
ill sell that shit to u for 130 shipped. thats including the amber, when i posted the pieces on the FS forum with my stock intake and mudguards i wanted 30 each so its a pretty good deal.
picked up a little sumthin sumthin from honda today....
i cant stress the quality service i get from automotive warehouse when i call to inquire about something, i called, inquired, then got put in hold for so long that i just hung up. its really amazing.
after putting on my 17" rims, i found that my ride got really crappy. like the steering is really crappy, my car sways side to side, when i let go of the steering wheel the car doesnt go straight, sometimes it go right and sometimes it go left, but before it would always go straight. and the car kind of bobs up and down when i drive fast, Do i need an Alignment or a Balance?
Or is this normal? because i talked to my dad and he said its just me because i just got so use to the handling before and he said if i drive an old car thats what i will feel. Is it just me or an i feeling things?
Depends on your tires too. My old michelins used to pull the car one way or the other if the road wasnt perfectly level...My new tires are much better for that. What kind ans size of tires do you have?
The ride will generally be stiffer since you have less tread. If you were out of balance you would have a vibration in your steering wheel. If the alignment wasnt a problem before you put the rims on it shouldnt be a problems now.
i have 215/45/17 wanli S-1099 tires. i think they r the tires because when i was putting them on, one tire looked like it was overinflated because the outsides of the tire was larger then the middle

your can might also have a higher center of gravity now with the rims, u will feel a difference but i think that swaying might go away once u get a drop. riding on rims does feel different than stock, cause of less rubber and what not so u will also feel more road
