no not much problem, but the rear doesn't go as low as they advertise... mine it the lowest and i have no gap, but doesn't tuck.... got mine for 900 from the states

In front, for sure. In rear, at least very close, but I wouldn't be surprised if the top of the tire was just grazing the wheelwell.

That it is not. Also, the underground parking garage at my new place is scary - I scrape pipe every time I go down it....time to raise it up.

Well, the Hayames in the rear will likely not go significantly lower than the Neuspeed race - however, if you go any lower with my Hayames for example the rear control arms will be in constant contact with the exhaust, resulting in rattly fun for all. The fronts, again, can be adjusted for ground-scraping drop if you desire.
