Hey nitehawk, I recommend the AC Autotechnic S7 gauges - but the primary units are in mph not sure if that matters to you. If not, then any old gauges from Pac Mall will do ya.
I currently do them around the Toronto area for $150 - $200 depending on the car, but I figure $100 per car should be dandy if I can get 3 participants per location, yes? Covers my gas, the (small) parts cost, my time and effort, and of course the hookers I pick up on the way. Does that sound fair?
