I just got pulled over the other week for my tint. $103 ticket. The cop gave me a fact sheet kinda like that, and it said 70% for all passenger cars is whats legal. it would be kinda hard to argue that.
I left my tint on though, (i'm a rebel haha )
actually, its quite the contrary. i dont know if you did or not, but if you read it, the sheet he gave you has no value, you should(and could if you really want to) fight it.
