I was usning my arc welder to weld my muffler to the little bolt on bit and I had the ground wire connected to that... well I obviousley didnt clamp it on to well it came off bout half way round the process and I didnt see it fly off through the tinted helmet well the welder and muffler sucked together and I welded my muffler to my welder and pretty much went straight through the the two layers together... I eneded up just taking it to a welding shop to fix my biggest and most expensive diy mistake..

so i knew this kid for about 10 years n yes i will admit he was a ricer one day he shows me this ridiculous dual deck wing that he wants to put on the back of his hyundai accent... insert laughter here... so anyway he wants me to drill the holes since he thinks i know about these things.. his mistake i know about fixing cars not installing ricer add ons ... anyway so i drilled the holes got everything aligned only to find that his bolts werent long enuf to go thru the framework on the back side they only went thru the actual skin... so i had to drill thru the framework with a 3/4 inch drill bit so that he could bolt directly to the skin n use washers well i get to the last one and by this time everyone in our school shop is watchin waitin for me to fuck up so i get thru the framework and the trigger "sticks" needless to say i drilled a 3/4 inch hole all the way thru his trunk lid he then bolted everything up and siliconed the hole while i recieved a wonderous applause

One time I put the car up on jack stands, installed a new exhaust part, then realized I installed a new gasket without taking the old one out. So I had to take it off, and re do it all.
