DIY Upper and Lower grill help PLEASE!

I just need to know where i can purchase the metal mesh for the lower bumper and upper grill, and how to cut make the upper grill open, as oppose to have the one strip of plastic running across the holds the H in place...
any help would be appreciated, thanks

i don't know if they have them in canada, but Home Depot carries the mesh stuff. And Kohls too, if you have does there.

canada isn't a non-industrial country.

WhopSI: look through your phone book for sheet metal work or sheet metal makers.

Go to their place and tell them you are looking for half-inch stretched aluminum (diamond cut aluminum), 1/2" is strong and not stupid looking like what they sell at hardware stores... it's beefy looking.

if they don't know what you are talking about, ask to see aluminum mesh or grill mesh sizes, they'll be able to hook you up. pick what you like the best.

id find a metal supply wherehouse in your area i bought mine for 40 bucks its a 4ft by 8 ft peice of aluminum
expanded metal it comes in all different sized openings hell if they come out good make more and sell them
