So i treated myself to a set of the DC strut bars (front upper, and rear lower). When i went into order them, i had every intention to go ahead and get the rear upper bar as well...i mean, the more bars the better Anyways, when i was placing my order the guy asked me why i wanted the rear upper bar. I replied, for just that much more suspension help. He said, its a waste of my money. He went on to explain that the rear upper mounts on our cars are right on the floor of the trunk, so that means that there would be no room for improvement by taking out the twist in the chassis because there is no twist in the chassis at those points. Long story short i only bought the two. Recently, on my daily glances of the member rides, i have noticed a few people with the rear upper bar. My question to you is why? Is it just for show? Did you actually notice a difference? Are you sure that the difference you felt was from that particular bar, and not the rear lower? Fill me in, cause after looking at the mount point i too dont see how putting a strut bar there would do anything for our cars.
Peace~

I guess the representative is just talking out of incompetance. The rear-upper strut bar helped just as much as the front-upper. It's a big improvement in hard-cornering.
Thanks for the link dude. So the "E-Bay special" strut bars actually work? Sounds good! I am getting the nuespeed front this week, so maybe I'll follow up with the E-bay rear one.
yeah...there was a small problem with the fitment...some of the sheetmetal back there is kinda crumpled up...i had to grind the bracket down a little bit with a bench grinder and repaint it before i could install it..not that big of a deal...you might not have to do that but i did
