Are you talking about the transmission bracket? If so, you should be able to get one pretty easily. Everyone and their mom copied the aem cai design. I know that the Importech, CheckPoint, and the other generic one on ebay with the K&N filter are all copies. Try to get one of those sellers/vendors to sell you one.

boy are you in luck.....aem sent a bunch of their 2001 civic cai kits out without this bracket so all you have to do is call up aem and tell them you did not get one in the package and they will send one to you.
