I am 25, married, perfect driving record, and my insurance for both my civic, and my wifes 2001 Prelude is 167$ a month. That is full coverage, and includes additional 5000$ coverage for stolen stuff. (Stereo, rims.....)
19 year old female. No tickets or accidents. I pay $1500/year for full coverage with 21st Century in my name. I just got a discount for having a good driving record for 3 years, before I was paying $2000/year.
$1800 CDN per year. for 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. full coverage and 2002 Acura 1.7 EL Premium full coverage. 29/M and 28/F both with clean records...
23 year old male, 1 ticket, 1 minor accident (not my fault), 900 for the premium, 200 up front (20%), 79 for the rest of the months, full recommended state coverage.
20, Male with over a dozen tix (most knocked down down to defective vehicle). Right now, Im paying somewhere around $120 a month, but I think they have an error in their computer now so that might be why. But, Im not going to tell anyone.
24 year old male, in NJ, paying $100/month for the recquired insurance for leased car (basically full coverage). had an accident 4 years ago so my record was clear when i got the new civic...not anymore tho. (1 ticket fought and brought down to a lesser violation, dont know if theres points. second ticket yet to be contested hehe)

I'm paying about the same. It was cheaper when I was HS, but now that I am in college it raised like 75 or so... I don't get why, but whatever-[hr]
Depends on how far your school is from your house...ins companies are funny about that, cuz if you have your car @ school and it is more than 60 miles from your home, the rates will go up because its more of a risk...all insurance companies want to do is get more money from the customer, believe me, I work with insurances everyday!

Actually it depends on where the school is - if he lived in a n area that was not a high risk accident zone and then he moves to a area that has a ton of traffic then his rates would go up - doen't really have anything to do with how far he is from home (unless he drives to and from college) - And we don't just raise rates for more money, we have to rate the risk as it is, if its a higher risk then you pay more, if your a lower risk you pay less -
