my friend has a civic(94 i think? not really important) but one of his headlight bulb somewhat blew off. BUT! the funny thing is when it's high beamed the light comes back on at high beam but not on low beam. this is so strange? anyone know why? it's just his right headlight that acts so strange..

The H4 bulbs that our cars use are double filament, one filament for low-beam and one for highs. Since we mostly use low, they should burn out faster and leave our highs intact. You'll have to replace the whole bulb.
i have the same problem but my car has H3 bulbs . i replace thebulb and it still not working .. need help please. oh my i have projector headlight so they have to separate bulb for the high and low.
