My frickin ears

let me tell you a story. i was driving in my car today when a guy pulls up to me in a white integra. like a 1991 or so. he gets in front of me and i notice hes got an magnaflow muffler. at the light he starts to rev his engine and i feel a vibration in my pedel and i think theres something wrong with my car. i look down and everything fine and it clicks that his muffler is so loud its shaking my car. he takes off and all 160 decibles are pounding in my ear i feel my head start poping. at the next light i get up next to him and asked what the hell did he do that for, and why is he putting everbody thorugh that pain. he said its a street series magnaflow and that he didnt know it was gunna be that loud. so my advise is not to get the street series. i have the race series muffler and it seems much calmer and not wanting to shoot off. i have a new moto to live by:

if theres a resinator there, its there for a purpose

if you meet up with him again I would get his plates and say something if it's really hurting peoples ears, there is no reason why an exhaust should be that loud

I can't stand the bikers around where I live. They modify there
exaust so that it's so loud and then they rev there engines so
loud when they stop at a light. I can't stand them!!!

I've been hearing impaired most of my life. The crap I hear is optional. God Bless On/Off switches.

Yeah I hate people with modified exhausts, intentional or not (i.e. - crap cars), that sound like a Harly bike.

I was driving the other day and saw this guy in front of me with this crap brown early nineties honda with a 2 foot high wing. His exhaust was so loud that it hurt my ears too, not to mention annoying as hell. I was expecting this big ass muffler with a nine inch tip, but no, turns out this guy doesnt even HAVE a muffler. I'm sure that wont last for long though, once the cops see that he'll be done. And thank god!
