I got handed my civic by default. It's my "buisness building car" until I can afford my Aston Martin. Traded the FRS in to buy my wife her dream car (subaru outback)

Hey. Im new to this forum and i obviously joined it so i could talk to other honda driver as well as asking questions to figure out trouble shootings.
I need help with my 98honda civic ex (4-door). It has a steady water leak by the radiator hose and can seem to find the answere as to why this is happening. To give you more detail, the leak is right there next to the distributor and the leak isnt extreme or anything it just seems to be running by there and at first glance you would think it would be seeping out of the transmission, but luckly that is not the case. I have two honda civic book that has my specific year, but they dont i need to know accurately Haynes manuels). Please help im completely stumped in options!

1988 Dodgubishi ram50 that needed its oil topped up every drive and the one time i hit 5000 rpm it punched its valves nearly through

1996 Pontiac Grand Am. No A/C, leaked like a **** (always had water in the floor after a rainstorm), smelled like a wet dog's armpits, had broken power windows, a crappy engine, and the alternator caught fire twice. Plus, it was purple. I ditched it at about 150k.

Fast forward to now. 98 civic EX. I had a thermostat problem once, my A/C compressor is going out, and my exhaust rusted out 5 years ago (just an excuse to get a full exhaust system!). Currently has 267k on the clock. Let's see, who makes a better product? No brainer.

79 VW Rabbit. First car with heat.
Bought the the 63 Bug back again. LOL. Sold it a couple years later again.
76 Chevette. The Yellow Yahoo. The $40 wonder car. Came with bride. (Wish I had seen that warning LOL)

1. 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante which I still have that's for sale 150k leather int. automatic. Green/black exterior and leather tan/grey/polished wood interior. alarm. Came from Oregon state so very little rust. I just don't drive it because I don't like automatics. 8. 2009 NEW tacoma reg cab 4 cylinder automatic (34k owned and traded in for $500 less then paid for it) Great truck only problem i had was the radio

11. 2001 Kia Spectra put 6k on it liked it with 5 speed (just a little gas saver) actually a decent car non interference engine bought it with snapped belt slapped one on and drove it home
