INJEN FILTER

ok i know you have to keep filters oiled to keep water and other harmful crap out of your intake but i was wondering can you use wd40 to oil a filter b/c ive been using that k&n filter recharging oil and its expensive. btw when i oiled it for the first time it made everythgin run a lil bit better.

i usually just do it when i have the chance cause the more oiled it is the better everyting flows

it really depends on your driving conditions, if you spend a lot of time in dusty areas the filter will get dirty a lot faster, keep checking it, probobly every time you change your oil, thats probobly a good time line, if it looks dirty, clean it...i would find out more about the oil before i used anything else than the k&n stuff...
