so im heading home from college today down 81...center lane minding my own business when a State trooper comes up from the left and pulls even with me. I look over at him and he says over his loudspeaker "Show me what she's got". I just looked down and shook my head...he turned his lights on and gunned it! I couldn't believe this! I threw it into 3rd and caught up...we went for about 2-3 miles, 100+, ppl just carting over into the far right lane..when I got off my exit he shut his lights off and gave a thumbs up Today just gets weirder by the minute for me...

OMFG thats awesome!!
I'd never live that day down. Should have gotten his license plate number and keep and eye out for him if you ever need to get anywhere quick!
I like to be considered "cool" by the people I serve, but I would never do that. That's really unprofessional. If a passerby even calls my precinct and says "car number so and so is doing such and such" I'd be immediately told to call the desk officer who would proceed to ask me whats going on. If we did get caught on the road doing that by a superior officer, it would be at least a week suspension....I like to have fun with people, but I wouldn't risk my job at all.
LOL. There are a select few officers around here who are like that. I raced a cop in my old T-bird with his squad car, but it was only up to like 10mph because I couldnt keep up. Sad huh.
Damn Neo, you are one lucky S.O.B.!!!!!!
It would have been funny if other cops thought it was a high speed persuit and joined in!! lol
<< Cops are cool as long as u know them all and if your dad is there captian. I have been pulled over 6 times and never got a ticket >>
yeah...my dad is the administrator of the ambulance district in my county, and my brother in law is a police officer....ive been pulled over 11 times in my home town and never got a ticket
however....when i came to springfield for college....the first month, i got pulled over and slapped with a ticket...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
he had his lights on... it mad it look like a chase an neo.. bein the punk ass cock sucker he is wouldnt pull over only thing he as to wrry about would be yeah.. superiors or other officers since he didn tcall the chase in
It's kinda funny to have a reversed police chase - you chasing him.
Sure it's unprofessional and whatnot, but I'm sure the officer took into consideration the traffic and weather conditions and wouldn't have done it if it wasn't relatively safe.
Spider, here in New York we have plastic credit card sized cards that we can give to family members that have their name, our name, the police logo, etc., commonly referred to as a "PBA card." I also have smaller sized shields made up at police stores that are a smaller version of my actual police shield with my number and department on it. I give these to friends and family just in case they get stopped or anything. See if you can get something like that from your dad and I'm sure you won't have a problem anywhere...
