Just wanted to know if a Mugen grill for $20 is a good deal. The person selling it said that it's new in the box, primered black and never been installed. I'm used to sleeper cars that look stock but, now I don't really mess around anymore and would like to concentrate on looks for a change. I got this car because it has a newer motor just installed, air intake, full exhaust, a full suspension setup and very, very clean interior. All it needed was new tires for the five matching rims. So far I have put an Si cluster (I like the way it looks) painted the air intake chmpshp wht to match the car and plan on a lip and grill (has side skirts). Oh and I will be painting more stuff white under the hood. I know, I know, it's a daring color but, I like it and so far the intake still looks great so far. I don't drive it much anyway. Oh and Lambo doors. Damn it I thought I was going to swap the motor. Oh well. I am. No I'm not. OK, OK, I am. seriously I'm not. Yes I am.

The real question here is: is it a real mugen grill?
With all of the copy cat parts now a days, it's hard to tell.
I'm not too familiar with your gen, but I would imagine that the mugen grill, even used would be more expensive.... not sure though.
If you don't care, 20 bucks seem like a good deal for a run of the mill grill....if this person isn't a friend of yours, you could low ball him and tell him you'll give him 15 for it.
Edit: Seeing as your name has the initials JDM in them, I would imagine you do care....so the point being. if it's a fake tell him to paper bag that shiiiiiiiii.....
Have any pictures?
There was a dude asking about trying to fit a mugen ep3 grill on an em2. Don't think he ever did it though. Because the thread just disappeared. I'm kinda thinking about doing it.... custom baby....
