^^^you sir are a moron (CiViCPrAnInG2k1) long time no see bro...and as far as your car goes (FG) lookin sick bro. I feel stupid for even reading most of page 2. Keep up the good work and fuck the haters.
was in the area so i figured id post a few of the newer images i have of the interior...
DAY
NIGHT
Also painted the spoiler (top section) Black which looks better however
im thinking at a later date getting a CF overlay in there instead, but for
now Black is cool.
Other things coming my way, ill leave that a surprise and post it when i
get these in my posession.
Self edit: (Didnt want a new post just for this....lol)
May 16/08 ~ Installed new brake pads (Beck/Arnley)
well....its been awhile since ive stirred shit up so....
now that the majority of the interior is finished up minus a few minor details (thins still on back order), ive started pissing around with the engine and what-not. Started out by removing the power intake and cleaning that up and re-oiling it, cleaned out the MAF, painted the CAI plumbing, started to polish up the intake manfold by sanding it out (started at 80G then moved onto 220G) then ill use compound once all the flaws have been worked out, etc...
BEFORE
here it is so far: (AFTER)
anyhow, thought id stop by and say hey to you guys
~ New carbon hood
~ HICAS lockout bar
~ 5-star black wheels
~ Bride rails
~ Misc buttons and items for interior that were missing
Things still needing to be completed by TSS:
~ Re-paint front grille
~ Install HICAS bar
~ Install wheels on arrival
~ Install carbon hood on arrival
~ Install bride rails on arrival
i was just curious why did you wanna buy a NEW carbon hood? you just got that one on it like 2 months ago....
and also why did you wanna replace the rails? it seems like a fairly useless upgrade
but overall one of the cleanest skylines ive seen around, here in canada these cars are a dime a dozen and 9/10 are gappy looking pieces of trash, but that car you got there deff has been taken car of.

I didnt buy a new CF hood, the one i got was damaged in shipping, so im waiting for the new one (same type). As for the rails....no, it is a very useful upgrade,Ive already had the stock rails (currently on the car/modified to fit the RS-1Type race seats) come loose on me while driving...Scary as fuck!!
that and the Bride rails are lower in the car, the ones now...im hitting the sunroof beam with my head. The stock skyline rails were only installed due the fact the ones we had ordered were incorrect, so now im waiting for the right ones.
as for the car, when i was looking for a Skyline i was only interested in 2 things!
A. Body had to be in good shape
B. Dash had to be untouched (in most cases youll see these with big holes and shit from people modifying to fit all kinds of things).
Reason for the above^
I knew i was dropping in a RB25DET so the stock engine could be cooked for all i cared, and i knew i could just piece together the rest of the interior such as i have done already, the rest is a cake walk.
Looking good man, now take that car and get the engine bay steam cleaned, and hose it down with some Armor-all! Kudos for on for putting in a butt ton of work of nice car. In for more updates.

There's a good chance that I'm not going to answer your PM.
