Which would look more aggressive on an '02 civic: An 18'' wheel w/ 35 series tire and tein s tech's or a 17'' wheel / 45 series tire and tein s tech's? Just let me know cuz I bout to order the 18'' wheels but I am hesitating on what I should do. If anyone has a pic of their whip w/ either setup please post it so I can get an idea.

There are many variables here: 18's will most likely look more "aggressive" but with a tire that thin the ride will SUCK (not to mention bent rims) and the wheels are heavier so the car will have slower acceleration. 17"s look smaller but the ride is way better and are slightly lighter so acceleration isn't as bad as it is w/ 18's.
if you DO get 18's do it right and get bigger brakes!
Here is my car with the Eibach Sportline springs. Tires 215/45/17. Going to go to 205/45/17 in the spring. I had 18" rims with 35 series tires and the ride sux.
Coming from a more compeditive background I personally think a nice set of 15X7's with wide tires (215-225) looks the most "agressive", as the car actually looks like something that sees track use. 17's and 18's on this car just look like "bling" to me. And yes I have 17's for street use and 15's for when I compete.
Autocross: Because Life is more fun on three wheels......
"I know Solo only comes one minute at a time, but what an intense, non-stop, fast-forward car control exercise minute it is. Sure, the velocity is higher in road racing, but inside the car it is slow-motion in comparison. In Solo, the turns come like machine-gun rounds. "
