Can someone explain what the following mods do?

I am buying a 7th gen civic that has already been modded (I have talked to the owner online and plan to meet and purchase soon). He sent me a list of modifications (along with maintanence records, i guess he took really good care of his car) and I didn't know what some of the mods were.. could you explaine what they do as i'm new to the scene? Thank you.

6X Hyper Blinker
Neuspeed Sport Lowering Springs
Front and Rear Strut Bar
Ingalls Camber Kit - Front & Rear
Koni Adjustable Struts/Shocks
Sebring Tuning 3" DTM
High Flow Catalytic Converter
2.5" Piping from Cat. To Muffler
DC Sports 4-to-1 Header
AEM Cold Air Intake
AEM Tru-power Pulleys
Lower Rear Tie Bar
Blue 6000K Krypton Bulbs (LW)
Brembo slotted/dimpled Rotors
Duralast Gold Brake Pads (LW)

There was also a bunch of other mods but I was familiar with what they were.

I am totally new to cars and I have no idea what any of those mean, but I really love the look of 7th gens and I don't see a problem with buying a modded one. I plan on learning all about civic, mods, etc. Thanks for the info!

6X Hyper Blinker - just make the turn signal blink faster
Neuspeed Sport Lowering Springs - lowers the car about 1.4 inches and provided better handling
Front and Rear Strut Bar - stiffens the chassis and provides better suspension handling.
Ingalls Camber Kit - Front & Rear - need when a car is lowered so the car wheels aren't like this "/", it make them straight up and down again.
Koni Adjustable Struts/Shocks - upgraded shock/struts you can adjust the stiffness of the ride quality.
Sebring Tuning 3" DTM - this is the diameter of the exhaust tip on the muffler
High Flow Catalytic Converter - less restrictive exhaust flow for better performance, meaning more horse power.
2.5" Piping from Cat. To Muffler - less restrictive exhaust flow for better performance, meaning more horse power.
DC Sports 4-to-1 Header - - less restrictive exhaust flow for better performance, meaning more horse power.
AEM Cold Air Intake - - less restrictive air inake into the engine for better performance, meaning more horse power (the filter is washable, just re-oil before putting it back on).
AEM Tru-power Pulleys - provides better engine performance with less stress on the engine.
Lower Rear Tie Bar - stiffens the chassis and provides better suspension handling.
Blue 6000K Krypton Bulbs (LW) - Brighter headlights
Brembo slotted/dimpled Rotors - upgraded rotors - it allow the brakes to remain cooler and the car to brake better.

i hate those hyperblinkers so much, being behind someone with them pisses me off and how are you supposed to tell when one is out without actually being outside the car testing them
