rsx for civic?

i was thinking about trading in my civic for a rsx. i already talked to a acura dealer about this, he said he could work something out. but i never mentioned i have AEM CAI and eibach pro kit on my car. is this going to kill the thought of trading in my car?

take the parts off and put the old stuff back on. sell the stuff to me for $25
