I have them and i think they are great they are a white light that gives road signs more reflection and has a longer white beam than stock.

Yep, I have them as well. If you're looking for that white/blue HID look though then these aren't for you, but they definitely produce a wider/longer beam than the stock headlights (good price too).

These lights are way brighter than any blue or white bulbs and the stock bulbs. But they look very stocky. I use them cuz I am just sick of those blue and white bulbs.

power bulbs has them relatively cheap and free shipping anywhere in the world.

also there's a nice link to an independent review of various bulbs and i belive phillips vision plus ranked top compared to similar bulbs.

i believe the independent reviewer is "auto express" based in the uk.

and NO you are gonna be disappointed if you buy them expecting a white/blue HID look. YES you'll be happy cuz it extends the range of stock bubls etc.

I could care less what other people think my car looks like. I just want functionality. If I can see better at night because of these things, than I want them. simple as that. do they make the same bulb for the parking light or is it only the H4 size for the main bulb.

lol why would you want to extend the beam of your parking lights? I'm assuming you mean in terms of color matching, I believe you'll stock parking light bulbs will match the Philips just fine.
