Debuting in the 2002 ALMS (American Le Mans Series), this 4 liter V8 engine has seen action every year since then. In 2004, it was used in the JGTC Series by the VEMAC RD408R GT500 class racing machine.
I wonder if thats the V8 that Honda bought from GM? I remeber a while ago there was an agreement that Honda will make engines for GM Saturn line and in exchange GM will sell Honda their V8 engine...... something along those lines if I remember correctly.
I also think that the V8 that GM sold to honda was a diesel maybe? I dunno...... someone get an update on this cuz I remember this vaguely.

It's a V8 built by Mugen for the Le Mans series. Its a Mugen/Honda designed motor.
I like domestics and all but i would laugh so hard if Honda sold that in the states. Mainly because many domestic owners rag on Hondas and now Honda makes a 4.0 V8 that blows theres out of the water, hell even the Viper can't match that.
