That rear looks pretty good, the headlight and hood profile look kind of "squished" down. I love it like I love all BMW's, but I think it's starting to look more....I dunno what word to use....Americanized? You know, it's starting to look a little bland and a little easier to lose in a crowd...

It looks better than the 5 series which looks like a Pontiac now, but I am just not a big fan of the new styling personally. The older BMWs had a classier, functional, timeless look. The new ones look like they have "style" for the sake of style.

nah acura tl rules plus is way more chaper and with lots of options
the acura rl runs for about 37900 with navi and summer rims and tires (here in fla) plus optional 6 speed close ratio
and the bmw 330 runs for about 43000 with about the same things as the acura and thats without navi
plus the acura tl has more hp and if you read the reviews the handling is as good as the bimmer regardless of its fwd setup

if thats from the brochure, its fake. and i dont think the headlights are gonna look like that either. bmw released the brochure to fake everyone out as to what the real car will look like. manufacturers do that sometimes.

I'd choose the TL or an Audi over it.

It'll grow on us like the 7- and 5-series.

They were told to tone it down a little because it's their best selling car and they didn't want to go too far out.

The only new styling I like is the 6-series and the Z4.

I hope the M3 looks like a smaller version of the 6 series coupe. That thing is hot. One thing I've noticed about the opinion on BMW's latest designs is that it is pretty much 50/50. You either love it, or you hate it. I personally love it. The 7 series took so much crap for being so odd looking. As for the above pictures (if they are indeed real)....just looks like the 5 series little brother. The design of the coupe will be key.

Like a rash then?

I so don't like the direction BMW's been going in the last few years... The 5series Blah.. the 7 series... Double Blah..

I like the older 7's and the older 5's and especially the older 3's (i did like the E46 though)
