i really dont know, my speedo only goes to 85mph, and it was somewhere near the 25mph after looping around. and no my car doesnot have a rev-limiter, or speed cut-off.

all cars have a rev limiter. ie, a limiter that prevents your engine from going into a dangerous rpm range. (unless of course your car is old as the hills)
and what kind of car do you drive with what engine?

i know what a rev-limiter is, and ive never hit one in my car, youd think if you reved past the redline that youd hit it, i havent yet. ie. no rev-limiter
a 1982 Toyota Celica, 22R carbed.
usally, only fuel injected engines have rev-limiters, older cars like mine dont have the onbord computers needed to run a rev-limiter. after i put the MSD ignition box in my car, then ill have an adjustable rev-limiter.

hm, my old carbeurated escort had a rev limiter. so do crotch rockets that aren't EFI. but i dont know anything about your car so whatever works. lol
around the 130mph mark. you'll be limited to that. there's that whole legal thing about a manufacturer being required to limit a car's speed to a speed = or less than the maximum speed rating on the OEM tires.
