Since people like to call "BS" in these threads, I'll just post a pic of mine.

us here in Canada call it kilometers and i took i buried the needle which is about 240. I don't really care how that converts to miles, but it wanted to go more. The needle was just bouncing...I love the 407.

This image could have been rigged any number of ways... it doesn't look like my dash so I can't even be sure of what I'm looking at.

Let's face it, the only thing that will prove it is a speeding ticket, and well, heck even then you'll have your skeptics.

The actual speed isn't as important as the circumstances that allowed you to go this fast in a Civic. Everyone I know tops at 180kmh... what makes you so special?

A nice straight, long stretch of highway through Death Valley with no traffic allowed me to go that fast. Took me awhile to get up there.

Exclamation what makes me so special?

About 15 grand in engine work and a little ingenuity. I've been building and taking apart motors since i was a wee lad. But trust me... don't ever bring any Honda to those kinda speeds for too long. The car feels like it is going to lift away. I guess i shoulda invested in body mods to keep the car more stable at higher speeds, but i don't wanna look like every other rice rocket out there now. And besides the more stock your car looks, the less likely you are to get pulled over. Its all about being discreet. BEWARE OF STOCK CIVICS.

You know the speedo isn't accurate anymore after like 80-90 mph. So you guy could have only been going 110 when you think you're going 115. And also I'd just like to say that 7thgen EXs can keep up with 01 GSRs up to about 115, I did.
