Trade? The car sounds like it's really tight, but I don't think you should trade your 2001 civic for it. If you do, maybe you should ask for some extra g's.

if you're lookin for speed right away then trade it... if u want something u actually built urself and something u spent ur time n money on, then keep building... IMO i wouldn't buy a car that has been modded... thats just me, i like to start everything fresh...

Sounds like a nice car, but can be alot of maintenance especially if you've never worked on a modified car. If you've got the time and money to fix a car like that when it breaks down, then it could be fun car to have. How reliable it is can be another thing. When ever you start modifying any car you take risks and chances that things may not turn out the way you wanted it to. Makes me wonder why the guy wants to get rid of it... good luck.

If you don't need to drive the car every day then maybe go for it. If you need a reliable car that you can drive every day and count on every day I'd forget it. It sounds like a majorly fun car however it is WAY out there as far as mods go and drivability would be a concern to me.

I'd also wonder why he's willing to trade for your '01 unless maybe he's ready to be in a car he can count on day in and day out. Maybe he's also tired of no a/c. It sounds like a great hole to throw money into and a great opportunity to practice all your mechanic skills and learn a whole new set of them.

Skeptically yours.

hmmm, bet it has been raced so yeah, high maintenance here, good luck. If your getting it just for the track, but wouldnt use it on the street, sounds like a police magnet.

Be very skeptical about why the guy is willing to trade it. Personally, I would never buy a car that is already modded because you have no idea how hard the guy drove it before you and what type of shape the modds are in. Just my 2 cents....just be carefull and think it out

that guy didn't put all those parts in the car just to cruise, believe me.... That car was used and abused. At least take it to a shop and have it inspected before buying it.

he was only considering a trade for something to get more money towards something else. ive got a lot invested in my car already, not to mention as someone else said not having the satisfaction of building your own ride. hmm, im waiting for an email from him, ill keep you updated.
