| They know when the car was bought when they punch it into the computer. If you were in there once, they've got the milage. They figure out how much time it took you to get XXXXXX miles and average that to miles/length of time. If you're driving a routine (i.e. back and forth to work) then your average miles/week isn't changing much and they're computer can accurately figure out your milage and when you're due to pay them more money. |
