I prefer the stick shift over the automatic. I don't hate driving
automatic cars, but i get bored of it really quickly. No offense to
those people who don't know how to drive a manual car, but if you don't
know how to drive a manual, you don't really know how to drive.
Pressing the just the gas & brake is just too easy.

Got an automatic because I thought it would help out with the traffic into work. I should have bought the manual. It is pretty slow off the line compared to the manuals.
Even my old ass Accord can pick up some speed. But it never compares to the cars that are fuel injected these days. At least I have my fun driving my car the way I like it to be driven.
Manuals are God's gift to cars.
And Automatics make me even more tired to drive. "Yay, it shifted gears for me at 2,600rpm, just like every gear"
well i have an auto and sure, it would be nice if it were a manuel, but i guess its no big deal. i didn't buy this car, so its not my place to complain. next time i do buy a car, i am going to get it just the way i like it, a manuel!
btw, you konw how they have techtronic shifting? thats dumb, why dont they do it hte other way around? why not have a full manual that turns into an auto, not the other way around.
good new guys! I got my nephew lookin out for a car for me and he found one! a 1998 EX Coupe, manual transmission, 88k miles on it, for $8,500. Im sure I can get the price lowered because the drivers side door doesnt quite line up with the rest of the car, its saggin a litt,e but im sure I coudl get that fixed easy. Hes takin time off of his lunch break to test it today~! W00T! Maybe this weekend ill be on my way to testin it out!
Okay, side note:
One of the hottest things I can imagine is a woman who knows how to drive manual, and drive well. Dude.....
That woman earns BIG points with me...
I worked with a girl that PREFERS to drive manual over auto. That made her so much hotter. And one day she got to drive her step-dad's 2001 corvette manual.
What was even cooler because she drove the same truck as mine except hers was in manual. 1992 Ford Explorer power!
