Thanks JSWhaler. I try. Although there's still so much to do. It feels like the list of things that I need to fix just keeps growing. Like recently I got a new dent on the top of my trunk. I have no idea how? Anyway, I'm trying the ice cube and blow dryer trick to get it out. It worked a little bit so far. I'll try more tomorrow.
here's that dreaded list of things to fix:
1. remove dent on trunk
2. use touch up paint on drivers door edge
3. remove hair embedded in paint
4. polish and wax the carbon fiber hood
5. fix the open trunk lever in the cabin (trunk won't open)
6. use touch up paint on front bumper (scratched areas from ground contact)
7. trim certain pieces of front bumper (fitment related)
8. replace the hood hinges (need more adjustment to move hood forward)
9. paint hood hinges black (match to carbon fiber hood)
10. replace front fender wells (cracked from accident)
11. finish off rear fender wells (they look like !@#$ from factory)
12. figure out a different way to attach grill on Tsunami (it's less than perfect)
13. make trunk shocks open up all the way (they open up only 75 degrees)
14. replace trunk springs with thicker ones (need more opening force for future spoiler)
See what I mean? Then I got more to do that has to do with new things. Argh!
sounds like you'll need some serious time to do all of this. I'm coming home April 12th in hopes of putting in my new rs upper grill, diy shave emblems, throttle cable, possibly clear lights, depending on time and info on CT laws, and then wash, polish and wax.
The real JDM RS? I regret shaving my Civic emblem. I don't regret shaving my LX emblem. I think I'll end up putting the Civic emblem back on. It looks too plain back there. Then again, maybe a spoiler would fix that? Anyway... I'm 25 and I live in Shrewsbury. I'm originally from Poland though. I lived there for the first 6 years of my life and then my family moved to the US. First we lived in Tacoma WA, then Sat Antonia TX, then Colorado Springs CO, then Marlboro MA, and now Shrewsbury MA.
no I actually didn't want the JDM one, instead I went for the one without the H. I can see what you mean about the back being plain, but I have a spoiler and think it would look nice thats all. Thats cool, ya I'm 22 here in CT

Grey- no not too many hang out spots here in CT, I know a lot of guys hang out on the Pike, but they're all younger and I feel like an old man there. What about you in Mass. any nice spots? Besides civic's I'm just a car buff so my dad and I go to a butt load of cars shows in CT all different types. He likes the classics, I prefer sports cars, we compromise. ya my b-day was March 15th
Seems like a lot of B-Days in March. Happy belated everyone!
Um... No, I don't really know of any here. I move around a lot, so I've only been in MA for like 4 years now. Plus I wasn't into cars until I got my Civic. Well... I was "into" then, but I was only interested in concept cars and some of the classics. I never really researched anything else. Now I research a butt load of stuff. Where was I? Oh yeah, hang out spots. Nope, none in my little black book.
