ECU UPGRADE

Does anyone know anything about this guy in MA who scans computers? Also, I was going to send out my computer to JET for their upgrade when I saw that they also have this V-force system. It gives 8-12 hp at the wheels, instalation isn't difficult, and cost about $225. any suggestions would be appreciated.
