every friday and saturday night 9-12 everyone meets at the Giant parking lot on the Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg PA, to street race...you come on down one week and bring your title
I checked MapQuest.com and there are two Mechanicsburg's in PA. One is 6:29 away and the other is 10:23 away. That's just too freakin' far dude. I guess we could cut that time down by a third if we drove fast, but still.
Hum... That makes it the lesser one of the two. 6:29 away... I'de definately have to spend the night somewhere. Then again, if I drove fast I could maybe cut down the 6:29 into 5:00. There and back is 10:00. Races are typically at night, right?
Yea most people start showing up around 9 to 9:30...usually by 11 there is bout 50-100 cars out (depends on the weather the hotter it is the more people show), this past weekend was the biggest turnout since the last week of summer. Usually by 1 it starts to die down but anywhere between 930 and 1230 youll hear exhausts goin back and forth 114
So if I showed up at around 9:00PM, then left at 1:00AM, then I'de be back at 6:00 - 7:00. Whoa! Technically it's possible, but I'de have to pull over a couple of times to stay awake. i wouldnt reccomend on coming til its warm out...then theres guarenteed to be a lot of ppl out...and make sure you come friday because maybe 1/4 of the ppl that come friday dont show saturday.
