I have a 97 civic that will rotate but wont start. Here what i have check & change.
Rotor
Fuel Filter
Fuel Pump
spark plugs & wires
I have check the timing belt it ok. The compressor test came out ok. THe main relay is clicking working right. I have check all the fuses. I am lost what the cause is. THe CEL is not on & cant get it to throw any codes. If left anything out just ask me & i tell you if i have check it or not. Really need help. It been down about a month. I even change the oil just for the hell of it LOL.
