I would have to say the Route 66 Raceway in Joliet. On Tuesdays they have test and tune. If you want to test it in a race, on Fridays they have amature races for anyone.

Dont quote me, but I think its less than 100.00. That may seem like a lot, but its better than getting a 750.00 ticket for drag racing on city streets. [IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] I'll check it out today and get back to you guys.
Its a lot cheaper than I thought. I just called and its 30.00 to come in on a test and tune day and drag your car for awhile. You can drag people or just get your 1/4 time. Good Deal. Here is a list of test and tune dates...
