usually around 11-12 (im not sure anymore i havnt bee to the runs in a while) they meet up at Texaco on Miramar Rd. and Camino Ruiz. just wait there until you see the line arrive or leave. Be carefull though coz popo's might harrass your ass and they just might write you a ticket just like me but its all goo...it was a fix it ticket. Anyway you can catch me drivin arround...im a eternal blue dropped coupe, wid tints and a alpha numeric license plate frame on the back. see ya guys there. (+)Hitlist -Cey
