Re: Portland

Yeah, your right. They wont whip a book out- I was thinking down the line for when I sell. But whatevz, fuck it- they can have an upgraded dope looking cluster. All the clusters on ebay are auto though. Blah. Fine, any manual cluster will do as long it has somewhere between 75-85k. And fuck john from CL. I'll have to see what other clusters he has that are manual *sigh*

Preference order:
1) Old 2 door style that lights up red
2) Newer 2 door style with red rings
3) Newer 4 door style with blue rings.

I'll have a look at mine triz and I can let you borrow it for the day you need it. Mine might have just the right amount of miles if I can remember right.

Yeah, that would be cool. Let me know.

I got this shit stuck in my head:
Quote:
Magazine paper girl the money ain't the issue
They bring dinner to my room ask me to initial
She call me the referee cause I be so official
My shirt aint got no stripes
But I can make ya pussy whiiiiiiiistle
Like The Andy Griffith theme song
And who told you to put them jeans on?
Double cup love you the one I lean On
Feelin' for a fix
Then you should really get ya pheen on
Yeah, just know my condo is the crack spot
Every single show she out there reppin' like a mascot
Get it from the back and make ya fucking bra strap pop
All up in ya slot till a ***** hit the jackpot

Re: Portland

Anyone got those stock bolts that hold the exhaust manifold to the downpipe? I broke mine off in the EX downpipe I was running. DX/LX/EX bolts are the same. (I'm talking about those spring loaded bolts- dont need the springs tho). Emissions coming up next week at the latest. I doubt anyone does, but its a shot, rather then bending over at the stealership tomorrow.

I'm running JUST a header right now... the LX header... and let me tell you, this MF'er is LOUD. It sounds like a peppy dump truck.

I was at a light driving home from my buddies place and this chick in the passanger seat of her BF's BMW says, "look at that nice car with that getto fucking exhaust" I had my window down, she didnt notice kuz I dont have tint, and I turn N look at her.... and redlined it. She shook in her seat and STFU in about .02 seconds. HAHA, that things so ridiculously loud. A truck on the next block started revving his truck kuz his exhaust was loud as shit too. Amazing, it honestly made my fucking week.

Re: Portland

Its all good. I biked down to honda to see how long the wait was on them, and turned out they had them in stock, for the tune of 25 bucks for a set! I was like really? Two bolts... whatever, I bought em and threw em in my camelbak for the bike ride back home. Had to work tonight, so I couldnt throw them on, but I'll get them on tomorrow- might even wire the gauge cluster back. I finally found an 01 manual cluster with 83k on it (I believe) I'll have to double check it once I repin everything! Its totally going to suck if the cluster has a different mileage on it.

Re: Portland

dang guys its been a while. I haven't had the chance to really stop by on the forums. Taking a summer Japanese class and its proving that I have to do a shit load of work to just get by in the class. 1 term of class in 4 weeks? Not exactly a great idea lol. But anyways Triz my cluster had wayy too many miles on it. Sorry I didn't get to you before.

Was wondering what you were goin to do with those coilovers? I'm pretty broke again at the moment but I can scrounge around lol. If you don't plan to sell em off I'll start lookin around for an exhaust to play with lol.

Re: Portland

wow lol I just realized I have the same problem as you Triz. My car is about ready for an inspection and I didn't even realize it today. My dad told me this morning lol. Do you guys know if a Honda dealer is the only place to get the miles flashed to the correct ones?

Re: Portland

Honda doesnt change the miles on the cluster themselves, they ship it out to someplace in portland- I totally lost the paper and have no idea what the name of the place was/is.
