You say their is one Jan 4th? in the Springs cause ill definitly be there, the season here in Kansas is over and im getting twitchy waiting for the next season. What parking lot are you talking about in the Springs? Winter autox's got to kind of suck though, tires dont hold so well

No, the pariking lot I was refering to was is Denver, the meet on the 4th is in the springs...I can't remember where, I'll get a link to the schedule.

Yeah just checked The solo2 website the event on the 4th is at the World arena, doesn't look like there will be any events any where else in the springs but there, and most of denvers are at Coors field. I also noticed they have a winter series, i wish KS had one of those!

I haven't registered for ANY race yet, that's just my number for the season. It's really very easy to do. Just click the link where it says Register Season Number or something like that, you'll see it on the registration page for the Dec. 13th event or maybe even the Jan. 4th event page. Lemme know what you decide to do. BTW, can you at least make it to the Dec. event to watch, I think that's what I'm going to do, then I'll enter in the Jan. 4th event in the Springs. I dunno..

I think mmm2donuts, and maybe even Eeeeh, and I are going to go to the Dec. 13th event.

oh ok, that makes more sense to me, yeah, I have finals for school and the drive is about 7 hours so it isn't worth it for an autox, but yeah if this is your first one, definitly ride with someone first before you drive and read the handbook, you can find it online, i dont know if you have any experience with autox but the only way to understand and get better is to go and get lots and lots of seat time.
I dont even think i will be back in the springs untill the 27th or so

I might ride with someone if I find that someone will LET me, but I don't intend to enter...YET!!! lol

I will fo sho read the handbook, and I'm prettymuch just trying to get together a car club/autoX club. Maybe a Regional car club would be a better idea. I dunno. Any suggestions?

Its too bad there arn't small venues you can go to because they are the best ways to start out, but since it is winter, no one will be too serious, and you can get better ideas on what is really going on. FattyMcJ, what class did you put your car in when you registered? Anyway, you might as well run your car because you have to pay to even ride along, but it is up to you.....(seat time, seat time, seat time). Sorry, but i love autox, and get all worked up, and it is awesome to see new people getting into it. You will get hooked man.
The Springs event just may be better to run in because i would assume it is a smaller crowd, but probably not by much.
