Best struts / shocks 4 my 1991 Civic LX 4dr?
What would be the best shocks/struts and springs for my 91 lx sedan for reasonable price? Not looking to spend a ton but I would like to lower the car 1 to 2 inches and still run a 13inch wheel

Shocks: Koni Yellows
Springs: Eibach Sportlines. But then, for $70 more, you can get a set of Ground Control coilover sleeves, and lower the car to your exact needs. Plus, GCs paired with Koni's are one of the best combo's you can get.

define best?most have issues with higher rims, what would be issue on running 13 wheels?

I'd say eibach but I'd also consider looking into racelands they're an inch shorter than oem but you can also lower it to a 3 inch drop
