Hi everyone i'm the new guy with a newly purchased 1991 honda civic wagon and i was told you could convert the rear drums to a rotor type by using a complete assembly set from a 2004 acura ls which is a " bolt on " ?? Any truth to that ?? I just wanted to say i'm really excited to be here and inter acting on the forums and hearing and seeing your own creations. I'm just hoping i in the future i'll be able to meet that level of creative. So thank you one and all for your comments and support in my quest. Chipmunk

it is possible to switch to disk rotors, but being the extra friction disk breaks make when holding the decelerator on swaps they tend to heat up the breakpad initially costs you horsepower, so it may be a better idea to stay drum breaks on that specific year.
