Will a 96 accord front clip fit on my 96 dx coupe?
I'm an old guy but i am new to civics. The 1996 Civic Coupe I bought was damaged in the front. But it was only the sheet metal. I can get a new clip from a salvage yard just wondering if an accord front clip will fit?

You will need parts from the same generation Civic. I am not as familiar with the 6th gen Civic but if there was a design change mid generation then parts may not fit.
Example 01-05 Civic is 7th Gen but 01-03 share front end exterior parts while 04-05 share parts. You can put an 05 front end on an 01 but you need to change extra parts.
6th Gen is 96-00 so anything from those years will fit unless there was a design change mid generation. Good way to tell is to look for aftermarket bumpers and see what year is listed for them.

96-98 interchange, and 99-00 interchange. you can also put an acura el front end on with some minor work. I think you can even make an integra front end fit as well
