Rep Power: 0 After front body repairs, headlight assemblies dont bolt properly
I bought a 98 Civic that unbeknownst to me had busted headlight assembly mounts (held in by one bolt). Later discovered there had to be some kind of front end damage to the bumper and maybe fenders, and the former owner rebuilt it and sold it (was not a salvage title). Anyway I'm buying new headlight assemblies but I suspect there's going to be a pretty big gap between the top of the headlights and the bottom of the hood and fenders. I can't spend much money on this.....can anyone recommend some sort of trick weatherstripping I can glue above the headlights to seal up this gap?

same situation here. I just put some gloves and started pulling the fron skeleton of the car outward. its not that strong. or tie it to a tree and slowly go reverse
