I did this mod on my 7th gen but I think this information would be useful for all civics so I'm sharing here as well. Good luck

I'm glad you like it thanks. As for the DIY I didn't take enough pics of the process. I looked up a few videos on Youtube and they were helpful. The trickiest part is the cutting and getting the correct template for your specific side markers. Also, make sure you get the wiring right. The rest is having the right tools and a steady hand LOL.
