Post 99 B16A2 Swap Issues

Hey everyone, I've actually recently just done a b16a2 engine swap on my 1999 Honda Civic Sedan.
Everything has been running very smooth, however I've come to realize that I have been getting very poor has mileage.
On my last fill up for around 43 Litres, I only got out 370KM out of that. That too with a fairly light foot and efficient driving.
I've seen other people post how much MPG they are getting and they're getting around high 20s to 30s. For sure I should be getting around mid 20s.
I've yet to attach the secondary O2 sensor and am running the stock ECU for my D-Series motor right now.
Could those things be the issue to my poor fuel mileage?

No, it can't be the brakes because I've just related them recently

I think the B16A2 engine gets less km per litre than the D-series engine you're replacing, but it should be a bit more than what you're describing. I think I get 400 - 415 km per full tank, which I think is 45 litres.

Are you driving in lots of hilly terrain? Is your fuel filter good? Tires at the correct psi? Air filter clean?

Maybe with the ecu and O2 you are running rich and dumping too much fuel?
