Wondering how much I should offer for my friend for his civic. specs 1996 Honda Civic EX 190k on body 100k on jdm d16 engine Forged Internals Alch/Meth Inj Kit Seibon CF Hood MSD Blaster Coil and Ignition Greddy Td06-20g Turbo FMIC Greddy Type-S BOV The Bad 3rd Gear Grinds if shifting below 3k (no idea what this may be) Bad knock sensor circuit reading Bad O2 Heater Sensor circuit reading Exhaust leak (this may be the reason for the 02 sensor light) Pass window rail is bent (common in 6th gens?) Dings on the body How much should one pay for a car like this based on the above info.

i personally would not buy it. cars like this tend to turn into an endless money pit, esp with the turbo. and who knows what condition the engine is in being that old and possibly abused. and it already has a list of problems. imagine what else will go wrong after you buy it.maybe $3-4k if youre trying to help your friend out buying from him.

well he actually will sell it for 1800 to me. This seems like a good deal. even if I bought it fixed the probs then sold it.
