Okay so I bought this coupe as a rolling shell to home my B16 well sense I got it 7 months ago I've been trying to figure this out the passenger side window does not work at all AT ALL I've replaced the window switch on both sides with a new one but get this when I use the driver side switch to try and roll the window down it LOCKS THE DOOR it's like the wiring is backwards but I've been through it a dozen times and I can't figure it out so any troubleshooting help would be appreciated

Re: 97 coupe window issue
No start from the issue, the window motor.
With a friend engaging the window and with the key in position II, normally, you would see a positive signal. If you have no positive run a new positive wire.
If you have no ground run a ground wire.
If you have both ground and positive then the window motor is blown... which is rare.
