I have a 96 HOnda Civic lx with power wiindows. Over time all of the windows have stopped working. I live in Virginia and in order to pass the safety inspection the drivers side window must work. I can't find the floor wiring harness connector, so I want to just bypass the wiring harness and wire the window up so it can work. At first I thought I could just take out the harness and wire straight through. Blue/yellow to blue yellow, yellow red to yellow red etc. However, I have discovered that the wires don't match up. I have 2 blue/yellow coming in and one blue yellow in the door. Same for the Yellow red. Can anyone tell me how to make this window work so I can pass inspection?
