hi there,

i am driving 2000 honda civic vi-rs(ferio,jap import)..nd looking forward to buy the HID lights...i have seen some online but before buyin i need to know the power of the bulb,,i tried looking in the car..but that bulbs which i have doesnt have anything on them,so could anyone please help me.

depends on the bulbs the aftermarket light uses. most commonly either h1 or h3 but you have to pull the bulb out and check.

96-98 civics use different bulbs than 99-2000's (which have the H4's)

Even if you have aftermarket light's they still have to be the same size to fit.

the stock headlights are 9003 HB2, but you use the H4 conversion to use HID's

VLEDS.com is a great place to find cheap HID's!

I use an HID conversion kit in my 99. It is using H4 to do so. You can find cheap kits that work well on amazon. Just be ready to 'alter' the weather seal in order to fit the bulbs and wiring!

I checked that site out. Not really. Over $150 for a HID kit, no 55w kits available, and only 3 year warranty.

DDM tuning has 55 watt kits available, lifetime warranty. You can get a Bixenon 55w kit for $60 +shipping (Raptor full sized HID kit)
