Hi..Im new to this so i need help. Bought a 1997 civic and it has no brakes. Pedal wad soft and to bottom When i added brake fluid and pumped pedal still soft and to bottom then the fluid came out from front. I did not see anything from the back of car. Is there a hose thats bad?

yes it could be leaking from where you filled it up, do you see any leaks around that area (called the master cylinder). It could also be the brake lines, follow them from the master cylinder to the firewall/back of the engine bay. You definitely have a hydraulic leak just track it down to which line or hose that's leaking. A bright flashlight would help, you'll see it leaking as brake fluid is oily.

Check the bleeders. Could be a simple fix if they are loose. Wipe up any extra dot & have a extra set of hands so someone can pump the brakes to help identify the leak.
