2000 honda civic si computer problem I bought a 2000 honda civic si used with a vtec B18C1 engine in it. When i try to use an OBD11 scanner or any scanners on it, it wont connect to the computer, all fuses and relays are working and we checked where you connect the scanner and its all working but the computer wont send any information back so i cant see if the monitors are on to etest it,
